Naval Dockyard, Mumbai has released a recruitment notification for the Job ofApprenticeship Training in Various Trades. In this regard, Applications are being invited from those person who have completed ITI in relevant trades. So, It has invited applications from deserving person for Apprenticeship training. Two year Training Duration -–
Diesel Mechanic – 15, Foundry man - 05, Mechanic Radio and Radar (Aircraft) – 10, Power Electrician – 10, shipwright Steel – 30, Plumber/ Ship Fitter – 10, Shipwright Wood – 15, Rigger – 15, Forger & Heat Treater – 05, Crane Operator -(O/H Steel Industry)- 05
Educational Qualification – Applicants must have completed Matriculation with at least obtained 50% marks and ITI in their relevant trade with minimum 65% marks from recognized and reputed institution.
Physical Qualification - Height – 150 cm, Weight – 45 kg, Chest Expansion – 5 cms, Eye sight – 6/6 to 6/9, Ears – Good,
Age Limit – Applicant’s Date of birth should be fallen between 31st of March, 1992 to 31st of March, 1999. Relaxation in upper age limit will be given up to 05 years for SC/ ST Person.
Stipend - Rs. 1490/-, Rs. 1,700/-, Rs. 1,970/-, Rs. 2,200/- Per Month
Process of Selection – Applicants will be shortlisted on the basis of obtained marks in Matriculation and ITI. After that they will be intimated to face Written Test to be held on December, 2012. Final Selection will be made on the basis of Written Test followed by Interview / Medical which will held in the month of January / February of 2013. Training will be start on Ist of April, 2013.
How to Apply – Applicants with meeting suitable qualification may apply in prescribed format of application. Attested Photograph should be pasted on the application. Photocopies of certificates regarding Educational Qualification with Marks sheet, Age proof, Caste and PWD (If applicable), Character, one self addressed envelope with pasted Rs. 5/- stamp, Dependent certificate related to employee of Naval Civilian / Defence employee, properly filled Hall Ticket etc must be attached with application.
